    超声波振动筛是将超声波发生器与旋振筛结合在一起的新型振动筛,其工作原理是将220V、50Hz或110V、60Hz的电能转换为18--40kHz的高频电能,再用装在筛框上的超音波振子头将高频电能转换为机械能,使筛面产生肉眼看不到的超音速的振动,因此也称为超音波振动筛,使超微细粉体接受巨大的超声加速度,使筛面上的物料始终保持悬浮状态,从而抑制粘附、摩擦、平降、楔入等堵网因素,进而达到高效筛分和清网的目的,使超微细粉筛分成为易事。该系统在传统的振动筛基础上在筛网上引入一个低振幅、高频率的超声振动波(机械波),以改善超微细分体的筛分性能。特别适合高品质、精细粉体的用户使用。

超声波振动筛特点:

     改善低密度粉在重力沉降中的平降(粉末与网口轻接触)、滑移效应,改善高密度金属在网口的滞留或楔入,改善带静电粉体的粘附效应,从而提高筛分效率和筛分质量。用筛分通过率表示,一般情况下比不加超声振动筛增加通过率50%—400% 。
